No, you can order both available items and those not in stock. However, it must be kept in mind that the order fulfillment times will be determined by how long it will be necessary to restock the unavailable products. The order will in fact be processed only when complete, unless otherwise requested. In this case, however, it will be necessary to add the cost of the second shipment to the order total. However, if you think you will make other orders, we can keep the products not available in the first one until the next one, so they can ship with a second order without having to pay additional costs.
Unfortunately the timing varies greatly, from 10 days to a few months, depending on the suppliers/manufacturers and where they are located. When we receive an order, we immediately try to understand the supply conditions of the various items and communicate them as soon as possible. In case of excessively long times it is often possible to find an alternative (we are here to help you!) or remove a product from the order.
Most of the items are in 1:12 scale, according to which 1cm in the dollhouse corresponds to 12cm in reality (or in the Anglo-Saxon world 1 inch corresponds to 1 foot). In this scale a doll is between 12 and 15cm tall.The second main category is that of items in 1:24 scale, which halves the size of the previous one. Again to give a concrete example, a doll is about 6 or 7cm tall.The other scales we have in the shop are those related to dollhouses for dollhouses, namely 1:120 and 1:144.
We accept payments via Paypal, credit card, bank transfer, Postepay recharge (only for Italy) and cash on delivery (only for Italy and shipping via Poste Italiane).

If the items ordered are available, we try to ship them within 24 hours of receiving payment.If, on the other hand, the articles are to be ordered, it depends primarily on whether the suppliers have them available. Furthermore, shipping and customs clearance times must be taken into account (in the case of supplies from outside Europe). Based on all these factors it becomes difficult to make a generic forecast, if you need a more certain timing, contact us with the part numbers you would like to order and we will check with suppliers/manufacturers.
For European Union we ship with DPD courier, which usually takes 2 to 3 days to reach its destination.For the rest of the world we ship with FEDEX or UPS.
The basic shipping to Italy costs €8.54. For heavier packages such as roomboxes and houses, costs are indicated during checkout. For shipments abroad, the costs depend on the weight of the package and are indicated during checkout.
Reward points are used to get a small discount on subsequent orders, which can be requested directly during the checkout procedure. Practically, during the checkout, together with the possibility of redeeming gift vouchers and coupons, the line "Use reward points" also appears with the amount available in your account. Choosing that option opens a line where you have to go and put the number of points you want to use (the amount of the order cannot be exceeded, but the software says the maximum number of points that can be used) and then just press the button. The discount then appears in the account. Points do not expire and there is no minimum to be reached, the proportion is automatically made.
