All items on this site are collectors items, not suitable for little children. Prices are meant VAT included for Italy and countries in the European Union, VAT excluded for the rest of the world. They can be subject to change without notice. Promotional prices are only valid for items in stock. The order can be placed either by internet cart or by printing the content and sending it via email to the address info@piccoletentazioni.it. The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. Not available items may be put on order all the same, but delivery will occur according to their replenishment times: approx 10/15 days for items from Europe and 20/30 days for items from United States and United Kingdom. This timing is not binding, as there may be delays due to suppliers, carriers or customs. High-customizing items are on request orders only. The minimum value order is 10,00 €, excluding postage. Postage are calculated automatically depending on destination country and weight (till 4,6kg, beyond that you will be contacted with an exact quote). Dollhouses are generally sent directly from the supplier. Postage does not include customs duty (in case of international orders outside the European Union), which are charged to the customer. Accepted payment options are Paypal (through Paypal we accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express for some countries), credit cards in remote payment via SumUp (former Payleven), bank transfer. In case of payment with PayPal, charges are wholly at the seller's expense. The seller can not in any way get to know the credit cards details a buyer gives to PayPal. In case of bank transfers, beneficiary is Beatrice Corsini, IBAN is IT49I0306901404100000067628 (Intesa Sanpaolo bank) and BIC/SWIFT code (only for international transfers, not SEPA) is BCITITMMXXX. Goods (in case of bank transfer) will be only sent after receiving the payment. If good should arrive damaged, the customer has to communicate it immediately. We will the contact him/her to provide for a substitute. Please do not return goods without prior contact and authorization.
