"Realistic Brick" compound, Buff/Sandstone colour, 375 g bag, lightweight formula. Coverage per bag: approx. 4180 sq. cm (0.5 sq. m / 4.5 sq. ft). Usually 2 x 375 g bags are sufficient to cover an average 1:12 scale dollhouse. The compound colour will appear to change during application, usually darker when wet than when dry; it's recommended to make a small test sample before applying it to the project. Shading: if desired, after application the compound can be shaded with acrylic paints for a more authentic, weathered look, best done before sealing. Sealing: the compound should be sealed with a clear matt varnish once finished; testing is again recommended, as sealing usually makes the finished colour slightly darker.
